I've been in this business for over 35 years now, starting out as a young apprentice eager to learn the ropes. Over the years, I've built up a reputation for doing things right anything from fixing a simple leak right - anything from a simple leak, custom homes and commercial projects.

  • We went looking for a new fiberglass shower stall. We went to several places, and didn't have much luck. When our own plumber didn't want the job, we really had to step out of our comfort zone. While we were at a reputable plumbing store in Grants Pass, we were given Robert Allen's number. We were looking at a several thousand dollar repair. Mr. Allen came out to our rental, and gave us great news. He knew of a way to fix the problem without tearing out the shower. He had to order the part, and when it came in, he fixed it quickly. I would recommend Mr. Allen to anyone who really needs to get a job done, with the least expense possible. He could have put in a new shower stall, and we would have never known. But he was very experienced, and honest. What more can one ask for?

  • Awesome! Robert and Gerald are a great team who did the install of our walk in tub very efficiently. Their attitude was pleasant to be around, and they did a professional job. The project job went much faster then I thought it would take. Because of their efficiency the cost of completing the job was much less then I expected to pay. While I cannot claim actual service quality of work, fairness of price for work done and such issues, I can tell you my gut feelings that this is a man of integrity, honesty and cares about the problems of those calling.
